November 21, 2003 - Congratulations to Carrie Hutton and Bound to B ("Mouse") for a wonderful performance at their first show together today at the Westbrook Hunt Club in Westbrook, CT. The pair competed in Adult Hunters and we were VERY pleased to have them ribbon in EVERY class entered! Not bad for their first time out!

November 2003 - Just received some updated photos from The Payne Family in Thomasville, GA, who are the proud owners of Avallach's Last Call, our 2002 colt by Whiskey our of Woodland's Maggie Mae. "LC" is enjoying life on Foxwater Farm and the Payne's are expecting another Whiskey baby due in 2004 out of their lovely mare, Harmony Rainbeau. We hope to see LC, along with his half-brother, Avallach's Shot Glass, at Devon in 2004.

November 8-9, 2003 - Carrie and Mouse enjoyed a fantastic clinic this weekend with Kip Rosenthal at Far Meadow Farm in Morris, CT. It was a wonderful experience for Carrie and Mouse and a great way to "introduce" the pair.

November 1, 2003 - We are very pleased to announce that Bound to B ("Mouse"), our warmblood mare, is being leased by Carrie Hutton. Carrie has been our rider extraordinaire with Whiskey this year and is planning to campaign "Mouse" on the circuit in New England in the Adult Hunters and Adult Equitation divisions. Watch for this very competitive pair!

May 11, 2003 - At approximately 1:00 AM this morning Whiskey's first Canadian foal was born to Melanie Walters of Showcase Farm in Vancouver, British Columbia. The foal, a bay colt with a blaze and a small hind sock, is named "Griffin". Congratulations Melanie! We'll post pictures as soon as we can.

January 2003 - Caer Avallach Farm is proud to be featured in an article in the Horseman's Yankee Pedlar this month entitled "Sharing Secrets: Pony Breeders Share the Secrets of Their Success."
